ABOUT ME

Joseph Landen is a Photographer originally from London. However, his practice is currently based in Cardiff, South Wales. Landen’s work is concerned with entering new environments, removing the taboos from commonly considered ugly, mundane or ‘boring’ aspects of life, and challenging these stereotypes through his imagery, changing people’s perceptions of everyday life. This is something which has always interested him as a photographer and includes photography in many forms, from landscape, cityscapes, street photography, still life and travel. Landen is currently completing his final year on the BA Documentary Photography course in Cardiff at the University of South Wales.
